Kind of a late post but I got wrapped up in the shots I took from a recent mountain biking trip to Morzine. This the view I was greeted with on our first morning. We had big plans for the trails we were going to hit that day but the weather was less than inspiring! We met some other bikers who were getting ready to head out but were planning to leave the next day. They told us that they had non stop rain for the last 6 days and the trails were pretty shitty. Still, we got ready and set off. As the day went on the weather cleared, things were looking up. The trails were pretty messy but still fun to ride. Everyday the weather just seemed to get better and despite our initial fears most of our riding was done under blue sky's. The sunshine did wonders for the trails too. Where they weren't totally sheltered by the pine trees they dried out and made for some incredible cross country riding and even more amazing (and unbelievably scary) downhill runs. I'll be posting more shots from the trip over the next few days :)
